Villa Sabina is a luxury, Tuscan home plan. Stone arches, corbels and cornice details accentuate the facade of this award-winning, Italian and Tuscan inspired home. The exterior includes a magnificent limestone-sheathed tower and cupola.

A stunning staircase rises through the two-story foyer. The foyer, living room and dining room invite the outdoors inside through a myriad of windows and glass-fronted doors. Astute architectural detailing punctuates the design premise of the home. Villa Sabina boasts several unique ceiling options as well. The kitchen and leisure room open onto an expansive veranda with retreating glass walls. The study and master retreat are adjacent to the foyer, with more easy access to the veranda. The veranda features a convenient outdoor kitchen and pool bath.

The winding staircase leads to the second floor loft, media room and guest suites. Each guest room has its own en suite bathroom and private deck or balcony access. Downstairs, the expansive master suite serves as the perfect oasis. Everything is large and spacious, including the sitting room, master bathroom and his and her closets.
